How to Include Logs:

  1. Locate the log.txt file:
    • Open your file manager.
    • Navigate to:
      Android/data/com.ssbois.geco/files/log.txt
  2. Attach the log.txt file to your report message.
  3. Compose your message, and send mail to developer.

Providing logs helps developers diagnose and fix the issue faster.

  • User Interface Glitches

    Possible Causes:

    • Interacting with the UI too quickly.
    • Stability issues in the framework used.
  • Microphone Not Supported

    Possible Causes:

    • Your device may lack the necessary tools to support the microphone feature.
  • Weekly Report Not Showing

    Possible Causes:

    • The Gemini model may be overloaded.
    • The records may lack data due to inactivity or infrequent phone usage.
  • Trigger Notifications Not Appearing

    Possible Causes:

    • The user may not have met the specific conditions for the trigger to execute.
